Cat is the real deal…

one of the best decisions of my life.

It changed everything, in the most magical of ways.

TRANSFORMATIVE. I left feeling like

this is what I was meant to be doing all along.

HERE'S SOMETHING NOBODY HAS TOLD YOU

Being an empath is a trauma response.

I know. Sit with that for a second.

It's not a gift you were born with, and it's not a personality type you took a quiz to find out about. It's a survival strategy. Somewhere very early — in the womb, at birth, in the first few years — you worked out that the safest thing you could possibly do was track the emotional weather of the person in front of you. Constantly. Before you tracked your own.

So you got very, very good at it.

You can tell when someone's about to get angry before they know it themselves. You know when you walk into a house whether the people in it have been fighting. You feel it in your body when a client is lying — to you, or to themselves.

And it is exhausting, and it is lonely, and everybody keeps telling you it's a superpower while you're lying on the floor at 4pm unable to explain why you're so tired.

Now here's the part that changes everything.

A response can be changed.

A personality can't. A gift can't. But a response — a thing you learned, once, because you had to — that you can work with.

You can keep the perception and drop the absorbing. You can feel everything in the room and none of it has to move into your body and live there.

That's the whole thing. That's what these two days are.

Not fixing your sensitivity. Not managing it. Not protecting yourself from the world with a crystal and a good intention.

Learning to drive this thing:

"Now I can start learning how to drive this thing, as opposed to letting it drive me or shutting it down."

— Heather, yoga teacher

HERE'S SOMETHING NOBODY HAS TOLD YOU

What Will You Learn in Two Days?

You won't just learn about Energetic Sovereignty. You'll feel what happens when your energy starts belonging to you again.

Because knowing how your energy works is one thing.

Learning to actually work with it is a different life.

This is what you'll be able to do when you log off:

"I learned how to manage my energy, how to navigate the energy of others, and how to protect myself."

— Kata, yoga teacher & healer

01 Stop absorbing everyone else's energy

So you can walk out of a hard conversation with only your own feelings in your hands.

02 Ground yourself in under two minutes

Even mid-conversation, without anyone noticing.

03 Regulate your own nervous system first

Your own anxiety versus the anxiety you picked up from someone else.

04 Set a boundary you can feel in your body

Not just explain in your head.

05 Regulate your own nervous system first

So you're not running on empty by 4pm.

06 Tell intuition apart from fear

So you can trust what you know the first time — instead of texting five friends to check.

What You'll Experience Each Day

DAY ONE

Return to Yourself

Day One goes down before it goes up. Before anything clever, we build the foundation — because everything on Day Two stands on it.

First, you get your ground back. So you have something solid to stand on before we go anywhere near what's tender.

Then we find the line between you and everyone else. So you can finally tell your own feelings apart from the ones you've been carrying for other people. Almost no sensitive person has ever been taught how to tell the difference.

Then we put down what was never yours. Moods and worries that don't belong to you — some of which you've been holding since before you had words for it.

Now your own body starts to feel like a safe place to be. So being inside yourself stops feeling like something to escape.

It isn't dramatic. It's quiet. Most people cry a little — usually from relief.

You'll end the day standing on ground that feels different. Steadier. Yours.

DAY TWO

Turn Toward Your Gift

Something shifts overnight. Once you stop leaking, there's suddenly space — and on day two, you're able to use it.

Your sensitivity comes back online — on purpose this time. So the thing you've spent years turning down becomes something you can actually direct.

You learn to trust what you know. So you stop overriding your own instincts to keep everyone else comfortable. After this, decisions get lighter.

And somewhere in the afternoon, a quieter question tends to rise. For most people, the answer is a fuller, freer life — and that is whole, and it is enough.

But a few of you will feel something land in your chest that's bigger than your own healing.

So if part of you is here to help others heal, you'll finally hear it clearly. We make room for that question. We don't rush it. You'll know if it's yours.

What makes this different

I start with you.

You can only take someone as deep as you've been yourself.

It isn't a workshop where you collect a few techniques, feel inspired for a week, and slide back to exactly how you were. You've done those. So have I. They don't hold.

Here's what almost everyone in my world gets backwards. They treat healing as a technique problem — so they start by teaching you how to work on other people, and they hand you one method to do it with.

It isn't a technique problem.

So this doesn't begin with how to heal someone else. It begins with you. Your calm is what lets another nervous system settle. Your ground is what makes a room safe. If your own house isn't in order, no technique on earth makes up for it — the person in front of you feels the gap, every time.

And it isn't one method, because people aren't one thing either.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE IS A WEAVE

◼️ Biodynamic craniosacral therapy

◼️ Somatic work

◼️ Nervous-system regulation

◼️ Shamanic practice

◼️ Energy anatomy

◼️ Barbara Brennan School's work

◼️ Spiritual psychology

◼️ Nearly three decades of practice

You won't need to know a single one of those names. You'll just feel the difference — instead of one tool for one problem, a way of working that adapts to you in real time. Somatic when your body needs it. Energetic when it doesn't. Grounded the whole way through.

That's what integrated actually means. Not a longer toolkit — a truer one.

I'm not interested in turning out people who collect healing tools. The world has plenty. What it's short on is practitioners who embody the work they teach — who can stay grounded in the middle of someone else's pain without drowning in it, and who know the job was never to fix anyone. It's to help people remember who they are.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Hi, I'm Cat Kabira.

I know how to meet my own pain. And that's the only reason I know how to meet yours.

I came to this at eighteen — not because it was interesting, but because I'd survived abuse, an eating disorder, and years of living outside my own body, and I was running out of ideas. Meditation and energy work quietly did what the medical system couldn't.

My name, Kabira, means "great in spirit" — it was given to me at nineteen, back when I was still anorexic and terrified of taking up any space at all. Learning to stop shrinking, and then teaching other people to do the same, became my whole life's work.

The real training was never the certificates. It was healing my own life, and then sitting with thousands of other people while they healed theirs.

I'm not here to become someone you need, though. My whole job is to haand you back to yourself and get out of the way. If some part of you has been quietly saying there's another way — I'd love to spend these two days with you.

How grounded Cat was compared to many other teachers and healers… you are the real deal.

— MELANIE MIDEGS, BUSINESS COACH, AUSTRALIA

Cat is not a "guru" who wants to take your power, but a teacher who helps you learn to hear and care for yourself. Much has been written about gurus who prey on the traumatized — I truly trust Cat not to do this.

In their words

These aren't from this event — it's brand new. They're from people who've done the deeper work with me, over months and years. I'm showing them to you so you can see the shape of what's possible — not because I'm promising you all of it in two days.

She saw me for where I was going, not where I was… I've built a successful company and lead retreats around the world.

— AMBER

…Cat's on the sand, she sees your whole ocean. And she says, “Swim.”

— JENNA

I stopped carrying my clients' pain. For me, this was the missing piece, professionally and privately.

— ISABEL, PSYCHOLOGIST

I've raised my rates and stopped discounting my work.

— SOPHIA

I went from 25 years in corporate human resources, travelling around in a frenzy. My nervous system calmed down so much that I'm now really feeling my authentic spiritual self. I am already living the life of my dreams.

— HOLLY

It changed the way I teach. Now my class is 40% physical and 60% energetics. Groundedness has been a game changer for me.

— SHELLEY, YOGA TEACHER

This is for you if:

✓ You're a teacher, therapist, coach, wellness practitioner, or someone who feels deeply called to helping others — and you don't want your work to drain you.

✓ You leave conversations, sessions, or family dinners feeling wrung out — and you've never quite understood why.

✓ You can't always tell which feelings in your body are actually yours.

✓ You know things — about people, about situations — and then talk yourself out of knowing them.

✓ You've done the therapy, the yoga, the workshops. You're not a beginner. And some part of you suspects the next thing isn't more of the same.

✓ You've been called “too sensitive” your whole life, and nobody ever told you what to do about it..

And you won't be the only one in the room. These two days pull in people who've spent their lives feeling like "too much" — teachers, therapists, coaches, quiet empaths. For a lot of them, it's the first time none of that needed explaining.

This isn't for you if:

You want someone to rescue you, fix your

life, or tell you who to become. I won't — and you'd resent me for it eventually.

You want a breakthrough without practising anything.

You're collecting techniques. You don't need another one. You need to stop leaking.

You want two days of feeling inspired. Inspiration wears off in a week, and then you feel worse.

You're not willing to look at the patterns you've been running since you were small.

Because this asks something of you. It asks you to show up and actually do the work.

Even if you have no intention of practising energy healing as a profession, the knowledge you'll gain about yourself and others is quite simply extraordinary.

— KAREN

Though I was first drawn to Cat to learn how to heal others, much of the healing I've found has been for myself.

— ROOPA, CALIFORNIA, USA

If something in you just said

"this is me"…

Trust that.

That little pull in your chest — the one you usually override, argue with, or explain

away — is the exact thing we spend these two days learning to listen to.

You don't have to know why yet. You don't need the words for it. Plenty of people

land here unable to explain what brought them, and leave knowing exactly.

If part of you has been quietly saying there's another way — this is your invitation to

find out.
